Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activity.
Analyze data to inform commercial strategies and optimize business growth.

Sales and Revenue Growth:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the growth of our charter aircraft sales revenue.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and our customers.

Charter Aircraft Operations:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our charter aircraft services.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates, and resolving any issues or concerns.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including airlines, airports, and other industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
 

The candidate shall be able to do the market research and analyze data. Shall contribute to the sales and revenue of the charter aircraft. Able to do effective communication with the customer. Work closely with other departments. 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Personal Qualities:
Results-driven and motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in a commercial role.
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
